Platform Usage Guide
for Malaysian Players

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by Alpha666 through https://alpha666.click or any associated platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the Alpha666 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use Alpha666's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legal resident residing in Malaysia;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not acting on behalf of another person during registration or use of the platform;
• Have never been suspended or banned from any Alpha666 service previously.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Alpha666 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same person — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Alpha666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), to verify the information submitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party who has gained access to your account.

Alpha666 will never ask for your password via email, text message, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a fraudulent attempt by an unauthorised party.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account;
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security;
• Contact Alpha666 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Alpha666 accepts deposits via approved payment methods for Malaysian users only. The currently accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet;
• GrabPay;
• Boost eWallet;
• ShopeePay;
• DuitNow (QR and transfer);
• FPX internet banking — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for regular members, though limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits must be made from legitimate funds that belong to you.

Alpha666 does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the user. Alpha666 also reserves the right to reject or freeze any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source or fraudulent activity.

To make a withdrawal from your Alpha666 account, your account must have successfully completed Alpha666's identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC). The KYC process typically requires you to submit a valid copy of your MyKad or passport, along with proof of the payment method used.

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM30. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for regular members once the request is approved. VIP members enjoy faster processing depending on their membership tier.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted;
• Alpha666 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving large withdrawal amounts;
• Withdrawals suspected to be linked to fraud or bonus abuse will be placed on hold pending investigation;
• Any taxes or fees associated with withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the member.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Alpha666 — including the welcome bonus, sports rebate, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP bonus — are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each offer. Bonus-specific terms can be found on the Alpha666 Promotions page.

The general rules that apply to all Alpha666 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses must be actively claimed unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms;
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been fully met;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• Alpha666 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected;
• Members who use multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings.

All bets placed on Alpha666's Sports Betting and e-sports sections – including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, MLBB MPL MY, and all other sports – are subject to the following betting rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended without Alpha666's authorisation;
• Alpha666 reserves the right to void or amend odds and bets in the event of a significant technical error;
• Bets placed after an event has begun (except in live betting markets) will be automatically voided;
• For matches that are postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned;
• For postponed events that are subsequently resumed, existing bets will remain valid unless stated otherwise;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport type, market, and VIP membership tier.

For live betting, odds may change at any point during a match. Alpha666 is not liable for any odds discrepancies resulting from data feed delays. The result declared by the relevant sports governing body is final for bet settlement purposes.

All casino games on Alpha666 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, and other table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by recognised independent bodies. The fairness and integrity of every game is guaranteed.

The Return to Player (RTP) values displayed for each slots title are long-term theoretical figures certified by the respective game developers. Alpha666 does not manipulate or alter the actual RTP of any game.

For Live Casino games with real dealers, Alpha666 uses recognised third-party software providers. Additional terms and conditions from those providers may apply to the relevant games. Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Alpha666 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Duplicate Accounts – opening more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's name;
• Identity fraud — registering using false information or fraudulent documents;
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting vulnerabilities in the bonus system for illegitimate gain;
• Use of bots or automated software – using any software, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the platform;
• Money Laundering – using the platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from unlawful sources;
• Unlawful Collusion — colluding unlawfully with other players to exploit the platform;
• Hacking attempts – any attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or manipulate Alpha666's systems.

Alpha666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

In cases where an account is terminated due to fraud or serious violations, all balances in the account, including deposited funds and winnings, will be forfeited. Alpha666 reserves the right to withhold these amounts until a full investigation has been completed.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting Alpha666 customer support. Any remaining valid balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days of the closure request being received and identity verification being completed.

Alpha666 is not liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses arising from the outcome of bets or gameplay;
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or factors beyond Alpha666's control;
• Transaction processing failures or delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.

Alpha666 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that our services will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Alpha666 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the Alpha666 website.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any material amendments via in-account notices or email. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the last amendment was made.
